This is a girl after my own heart. Besides being completely adorable- her fashion sense is astounding. She pairs highs and lows like it's going out of style (heehee). After watching her on the completely over-obsessed show (obsessed by moi), "The O.C.", I have kept my eye out for this one. She always looks amazing and now has her own advice column in instyle.
