You know when you get the one weekend to do whatever you want and the weather turns out to be beautiful on top of it?!? It was one of those weekends!!
The Cardinals were winning, the wine was flowing, and the baby was sleeping! Friday night we nestled in but Saturday turned out to be a great time with great friends.
Rock-n-Roll Marathon St. Louis-
This was a 26 mile marathon (or 1/2) throughout St. Louis, covering the most beautiful, historic neighborhoods. I would like to drive the route one day, definitely not run it!
My husband, Linden and I were not only there to support some friends but also cheer on the band that just happened to be opening and closing for the headliner. (I really am not going to mention the headliner because, honestly, it's quite embarrassing. It rhymes with Burger Hay...okay, okay, Sugar Ray.)
We enjoyed the tunes of The Pernikoff Brothers who are still on tour but just happened to get the gig in their hometown! (YAY for us!!) Check them out... I swear you will love them.
Next stop...St. Louis Zoo!!

Needless to say- the weekend was a blast. Now- the Cards need to get their act together and win this next game!
